Sano Tōru is a freelance author, copywriter and anime historian¹⁾. He graduated from Japan Institute of the Moving Image and has written several books on popular culture, including Anime no Catalog 1990-1999, published by Kawade Shobo Shinsha. He serves as the host for Otaku no Video's Japanese audio commentaries.
